Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. The delivery and shipping of pianos is a specialised task, and we only use carriers who understand pianos which impacts the delivery time. We will supply you with tracking information once your order is confirmed.
Please also note that the shipping rates for Australia are fixed at $500. Because of the size and nature of piano deliver, the expected delivery and shipping time is from 10-20 days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box and require a street address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wertheim Piano is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Wertheim Piano is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We can deliver outside Australia and will quote for delivery on request.
